Logs
Logs currently only applies to the Records module. This feature will be expanded in future releases of Vault.
The Vault audit logs provide a record of events and changes in the application, capturing the following data:
Column | Contents |
|---|---|
ID | Unique audit log identifier |
User | The user associated to the event or change |
Entity | The Vault entity where the event or change occurred |
Date and Time | The date and time the operation occurred |
Operation | The action conducted by the user. For example, open page, play, delete. |
Module | Module the operation was performed |
 | View more details about the operation. For example, the following shows a play operation performed on a record and when more details are shown, the record ID is provided for a call which was played by the QA User:  |
Advanced Search
The advanced search can be used to refine and filter the Logs, for example, to find play operations by a single User on a day.
